Lil Jon & The Eastside Boyz - Who U Wit? (Mirror Image/Ichiban, 1997)

Questions get answered with computers. Several theories about the Luger vocal are presented on this producer board, most of them clearly false. The most feasible one is that the sound was included in one of those off-brand Lil Jon Sample Kits that float around and then gained popularity from there.
